Spark use the Chaos Emerald to make the machine.

But first, Spark puts the Chaos Emerald into this machine.

Then, Spark gets inside the first tube.

And finally, when the machine controls itself, it makes a copy on the first tube and connect the second tube to make look like Spark, but its a female version of Spark.
